Small Wonders (drop in)

An informative but informal discovery of the wonders of baby's first year of life. Come learn new ways to play with baby and chat with other parents and caregivers.

Books and Busy Hands (registered)

Join us as we read and explore a book through an art experience. All families/daycare providers leave with a copy of the book to enjoy at home. This program is for parents and caregivers with their children 2-6 years of age.Siblings welcome. Cost: $5.00 per family per session

Saturday Family Playtime (drop in) Parents and caregivers are welcome to bring their children (ages 0-6 years) to explore our toys, books and dramatic play areas. Childcare facilitators offer craft ideas and lead families in circle time songs and activities.
9:30-11:30

mother goose

Infant Mother Goose (registered)

Infant Mother Goose: A group for parent and non-walking infant. Interactive rhymes, stories and songs are presented orally and directed to the parent to gain new skills for use at home. Cost: free - No sibling care - Parent should commit to all 8 weeks - booklet provided last week

Infant Mother Goose @ The Terrace: Same as above but held at 255 St Andrews Street with senior citizens.

Sensory Playtime (drop in)

Children learn through all their senses. Each hour long class includes free exploration time with a variety of materials for hands on learning so that you can play and explore with your child. Targeted age is 6 months to 2 years.

 

Stay and Play Room (drop in)

This is an overflow room for our other programs where adults and children can be together.
